We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the provided returns address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
